ORIGINAL ONE OF A KIND ART
Years ago I created a set of playing cards for my dad. This was possibly my very first design project. Since then I have been mesmerized by the symmetry and simplistic design. However in my mind I always envisioned the queens as lavish and beautiful. The Queen of spades is a heartless woman like in game of Hearts. You rule with her in your hand and go for blood or you get rid of her. She can be your enemy or foe.

This one-of-kind handcrafted collectable starts with an original Ken Fedoruk sculpture. Having already pictured the finished character in my head I move to applying the costume. In this case I used leather and feathers. Then the hair is made with cotton embroidery thread. Bits of vintage costume jewelry and Swarovski crystals are part of her costume and scepter. The finishing touches are richly painted eyes, intense lips and rosy cheeks. The sculpture is about 5" long fits in the palm of your hand. Each Kenfolks sculpture is a one-of-kind creation and comes with an artists signature of authenticity.
